I have a special little friend that needs your help. Her name is Chloe and she is 4 years old. On April 3, 2005 she was in a car accident. Chloe was injured leaving scars on her face that will have to be fixed with surgical procedures. Due to lack of insurance Chloe will not be able to have these procedures done without the help of caring individuals like yourself. I chose to do do something about this situation not only because of my love for Chloe but something her mother told me. Chloe had said to her she felt ugly since the accident.
